Refund Policy

1. Discounted first month
Your purchase includes the first month of access for US$0.99. If you cancel before renewal, you are not charged the US$30 monthly fee. Cancelling is how you avoid the recurring charge.
2. The US$0.99 charge
The initial US$0.99 charge is for the first month of access and is non-refundable, since access to your result is delivered immediately.
3. Monthly renewals
When you cancel, future billing stops from the next period onward. The monthly period already paid is not refunded, but you keep access until the end of that period.
4. How to cancel or request a refund
Cancel from the Polar customer portal (link in your confirmation email) or email us at support@braintestacademy.com. We review refund requests case by case for clearly erroneous or duplicate charges.
